About Us
Master Practitioner & Teacher
I am a Certified Maha Usui Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher. I began my journey into this healing modality in 2012. During this time my personal and professional life has changed and improved exponentially. I am compelled to share this incredible gift with everyone.
Reiki is a Japanese technique utilizing Rei (Universal Life Force) Ki (Energy). This simple, non-invasive process aids in promoting a healthy flow of energy benefitting the recipient Mentally, Physically, Emotionally, Socially, and Spiritually.
The basic concept underlying Reiki is that the body has an energy field that is central to its health and proper function. This energy travels in certain pathways, or Chakras, that can become blocked or weakened. This idea of energy flow in the body is also a central concept in acupuncture.
Reiki may be given in person or over distance. I am trained and certified in both.
Benefits
One of the greatest Reiki healing benefits is stress reduction and relaxation, which triggers the bodies natural healing abilities, and improves and maintains health. Reiki healing is a natural therapy that gently balances the flow of energy allowing the recipient to release negative or stagnant energy, making room for Universal Light energy to flourish.
Reiki healing compliments Eastern and Western medicine and everybody can benefit from it. Reiki is beneficial to women (including pregnant), men, and children. It is also recommended for animals (dogs, cats, horses, birds - wild and domestic) especially those who have been displaced or abused. Reiki is also useful in the overall health of plants, food, and water, etc.
